The 2025 Valero Texas Open begins Thursday, April 3, with the opening round at TPC San Antonio in Texas. You can find full Texas Open tee times for Thursday’s first round at the bottom of this post.

At last year’s Valero Texas Open, Akshay Bhatia outclassed the field to earn his second-career PGA Tour victory. And he did so while dealing with a bizarre injury.

So far this season, Bhatia has continued to look good on the course. In seven starts, he’s already collected three top-10 finsihes, including a T3 at the Players Championship.

Now he’ll try to defend his title to capture a third victory heading into the 2025 Masters.

Bhatia will tee off for Thursday’s opening round at 2:41 p.m. ET alongside Ludvig Åberg and Maverick McNealy.

You can watch Thursday’s first round of the Valero Texas Open from 4-7 p.m. ET on Golf Channel. You can also stream exclusive online coverage via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ starting at 8:15 a.m. ET.
