(WLUK) — A Coca-Cola distributor in Milwaukee is recalling over 10,000 soda cans across Wisconsin and Illinois because there may be plastic objects inside the cans.
According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the recall was initiated on March 6.
On March 24, the FDA reclassified the recall as Class II, which is its second-highest risk classification.
The recall pertains to 864 of 12-can packs of Coca-Cola with a UPC code of 0 49000-00634 6 or 0 49000-02890 4.
The FDA does not say how the drinks were potentially contaminated.
