The Sacramento Kings have a new general manager after being handed a crushing loss that once again knocked them out of the playoffs.NBA executive Scott Perry will now take the helm as the new general manager, sources tell KCRA 3. Perry spent three months with the Kings in 2017 before leaving for the New York Knicks.
