The Texas Rangers had plenty to figure out this offseason when it came to broadcasting games in 2025.
A touch over a week into the season, a matchup against the Tampa Bay Rays moves away from Rangers Sports Network and Victory+.
Friday’s matchup will see Texas starter Tyler Mahle (0-0, 5.40 ERA) open a three-game series against Tampa Bay’s Zack Littell (0-1, 1.50 ERA) exclusively on Apple TV+ at 7:05 p.m.
If you have already signed up for Apple TV+, you know the drill. If you haven’t, then you are in luck as tonight’s game should be free for you after signing up for a 7-day free trial.

Tonight’s game is part of “Friday Night Baseball” which is a weekly doubleheader hosted exclusively on Apple TV+ with broadcasts being free from local restrictions. The other game Friday night will be between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies.
Apple TV+ is built into Apple devices like iPhones and iPads, but also accessible via tv.apple.com.
The next Rangers game on Apple TV+ will be on Friday, April 25 against the San Francisco Giants at 9:15 p.m.
