The following counties have announced school closings:
- Bradford Special School District will be closed Monday, April 7.
- Carroll County Schools will be closed Monday, April 7 due to flooding.
- Carroll Academy will be closed Monday, April 7 due to flooding.
- Hardeman County Schools will be closed Monday, April 7 due to roadways.
- Haywood County Schools will be closed Monday, April 7.
- Jackson-Madison County Schools will be closed but the central offices will operate normal hours.
- McNairy County Schools will be closed through Wednesday, April 9. Classes are set to resume on Thursday, April 10.
- Trenton Special School District will be closer Monday, April 7 due to flooded roadways.
- UT Martin (main campus and regional centers in Ripley, Selmer and Somervile) will be closed Monday, April 7 due to flooded roadways.
- Weakley County Schools will be closed Monday, April 7 due to flooded roadways.
The following schools have announced delayed openings for Monday, April 7.
- Henry County Schools will start on a 1 hour delay Monday.
