Leeds are on the brink of promotion back to the Premier League after a stunning first-half display against Stoke.
Joel Piroe sweeped the ball home from close range against the Potters after just six minutes and added another two to his tally within 14 minutes.
Junior Firpo then scored a tap-in of his own before Piroe made it 5-0 at Elland Road for his fourth of the day.
Wilfried Gnonto got on the scoresheet after an impressive display as he headed home Manor Solomon’s cross just before the hour mark.
If Daniel Farke‘s see out the victory, they will require just two points from their remaining two matches of the season to seal promotion.
But the party could start early if Sheffield United fail to beat Burnley later in the evening.
Following Friday’s 1-0 win at Oxford, Farke warned his players against complacency and urged them to see out the job.
He said: ‘I have too many crazy games in this league. Nothing is done yet. All upcoming games will be difficult.
‘If you want to be successful – this league is relentless and we have to be relentless ourselves. If we keep going with focus, we have a good chance for something to cheer about.’
Leeds were last promoted to the top flight in 2020 under Marcelo Bielsa after a 16-year absence.
However, they suffered relegation in May 2023 after a poor campaign which saw them go through three different managers including Sam Allardyce.
