Around 11 p.m., Ameren Missouri reported 134,017 outages statewide.

• St. Charles: 2,733
• St. Louis County: 78,288
• St. Louis City: 4,872
• Franklin: 13,811

Ameren Illinois reported 36,555 outages around 11 p.m.

• Madison County: 4,128
• Jersey County: 212
• St. Clair County: 14,976
• Macoupin: 720
• Monroe: 4,936
