PLANNING THE NEXT 24 HOURS: Strong winds are once again going to be possible on Saturday as the latest weather system begins to exit the Midwest. High temperatures on Saturday will climb back into the 50s with a better chance for showers, along with an isolated non severe thunderstorm, the farther north you live.
EXTENDED FORECAST: Light snow will be possible on Sunday morning, but accumulations will be light as afternoon temperatures climb back into the upper 30s to low 40s. St. Patrick’s Day will be warmer as high temperatures climb into the 60s. The next ALERT DAY will be next Wednesday as another strong low pressure system moves through the Midwest. This system could bring parts of the News 3 Now coverage area rain, snow as well as mix of both.
