The Chicago Bears might be becoming Notre Dame west. Fitting, since the team plays ball only about 90 miles from South Bend.
The Bears signed another Notre Dame alum, Miles Boykin, to a one-year contract. The wide receiver grew up in the Chicago suburb of Tinley Park and played his high school football at Providence Catholic in nearby New Lenox.

Boykin had a standout senior season for the Fighting Irish in 2018 when he led the team with 54 catches for 803 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.
Boykin was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in 2019 and has also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Giants and Seattle Seahawks.
Welcome home, Miles.
