Pittsburgh Half Marathon sees Ondoro win in dramatic finish

It was an exciting finish for Pittsburgh’s Half Marathon. A little over an hour after they took off from the starting line, two runners raced to the finish. One of those runners was Wesley Kiptoo, last year’s winner.At the same time Kiptoo ran to break the tape, Dominic Ondoro crossed the finish line.
