Hansi Flick revealed that Lamine Yamal has a “special surprise” to be revealed when Barcelona face Real Madrid in the 2025 Copa del Rey Final on Saturday night.

The coach was asked about his expectations for the 17-year-old’s performance ahead of one of Barça’s biggest games of the season so far, and Flick says he’s fully confident Yamal is ready to show his talents to the world in the biggest stage.

He also says Yamal will be showing off something else.

“He’s an incredible player for his age, and I think he’s prepared very well for tomorrow. You’ll be surprised in training: he has a special surprise for you.”

The surprise Flick is referring to might have something to do with Yamal’s appearance: Lamine has been seen wearing a hat full-time since leaving Barcelona for Seville and many think he’s set to debut a special haircut for the Cup Final.

Can’t wait to see what Yamal has in store for us when it comes to his hair, and perhaps just as importantly, what he has in store for Real Madrid’s defenders on Saturday.
