The fan-voted award ceremony is set to broadcast live from the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas on Memorial Day. A-listers, music stars and social media influencers are expected to perform or present at the event.
Music lovers can expect “mind-blowing performances” and heartfelt tributes at the highly anticipated show, according to a news release.

The 2025 American Music Awards will air live on Memorial Day, May 26, at 8 p.m. ET. It will be available on CBS and to stream on Paramount+.

According to a news release, the show will also be on different platforms owned by Penske Media, including The Hollywood Reporter, Rolling Stone, Gold Derby, Variety, Billboard, Deadline, WWD, and IndieWire.

Who is hosting the AMAs?
Pop icon Jennifer Lopez is slated to host and perform at the 2025 American Music Awards.
Earlier this month, the “On the Floor” singer told fans via her Instagram story that she sustained an injury during rehearsals, sharing a photo with a pack of ice against her eye.
Lopez also shared a photo showing her standing next to a plastic surgeon named Dr. Diamond. “Thank you for stitching me up Dr. Diamond,” the singer wrote. “A week later and a whole lotta ice, I’m good as new.”
