The College Basketball semifinals take place on Saturday. After Boise State takes on Nebraska, the UCF Knights and the Villanova Wildcats will meet to determine who will earn the second spot in the championship game.

UCF is coming off an 88-80 win over Big 12 foe Cincinnati in the quarterfinals. Darius Johnson exploded for 31 points and seven rebounds in the victory while also grabbing four rebounds and recording a pair of steals. Three other Knights scored in double figures, led by 14 points from Tyler Hendricks.
Villanova eked out a 60-59 win over USC in the quarterfinals. The team’s leading scorer was Eric Dixon, who scored 28 points and was 5-for-11 from beyond the arc. Wooga Poplar added 16 points and seven rebounds for the Wildcats.
The winner of this game will advance to Sunday’s final, where they will face the winner of the game between Boise State and Nebraska.
