Hurricane Helene

Helene was a Category 4. It came across Georgia in late September, bringing severe winds, heavy rain, surges of 15-20 feet and mass flooding. It veered slightly off the predicted path and swept across middle Georgia, and left a significant impact on the Augusta area.
