NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Kid Rock is bringing a new flavor to downtown Nashville with the opening of The Detroit Cowboy, a modern steakhouse set to debut on May 5 at 500 11th Avenue North.
The restaurant takes over the former Joe Muer Seafood location. Representatives from the Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, which previously operated Joe Muer, confirmed the transition earlier this week.
The Detroit Cowboy is expected to offer a high-energy dining experience blending classic steakhouse fare with Motor City-inspired style — a nod to Kid Rock’s Detroit roots. The venue will add to Nashville’s growing list of celebrity-backed establishments in the North Gulch and downtown areas.
Located at 500 11th Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37203, The Detroit Cowboy will officially open its doors to the public on May 5. For more information, customers can call (615) 433-6837.
