Philadelphia Eagles NFL draft picks 2025: Full list of team’s round-by-round selections

The Philadelphia Eagles were crowned champions just a few months ago. Rather than bask in the glory, it’s back to work in the City of Brotherly Love.

With the NFL draft set to get underway, the Eagles will be tasked with filling some holes that were created this offseason. They’ll also have to fend off the challengers that are coming for their perch atop the league.

Fortunately for Philadelphia, they come into the event featuring plenty of draft picks to continue replenishing the cupboard.

Those picks will likely be used to replace the likes of Josh Sweat and Darius Slay – two key players that will don different jerseys in 2025.

For a team like the Eagles though, they can basically afford to do whatever they want over the three days thanks to an already dominant roster. Depending on your perspective and rooting interests, it’s either exciting or terrifying.

Howie Roseman and the Eagles’ front office will hope the other 31 teams see it as the latter. Here’s what to know about the Eagles draft picks in 2025.

Eagles 2025 NFL Draft picks

The Eagles come into the draft with eight picks, all of which fall into the first five rounds.

Here’s the complete list:

  • Round 1, Pick 31 (from KC): Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

Is he an edge rusher? Is he an off-ball backer? Does it matter given the champs could use help at both spots after the departure of OLB Josh Sweat during free agency and the knee injury LB Nakobe Dean suffered in the playoffs? A first-team All-SEC standout in 2024, Campbell is recovering from recent shoulder surgery himself, but EVP/GM Howie Roseman surrendered a fifth-rounder to get him in a pick swap with the Chiefs anyway, adding another SEC stud to his roster. – Nate Davis, USA TODAY Sports

  • Round 2, Pick 64: Andrew Mukuba, S, Texas

Don’t forget, the champs traded C. J. Gardner-Johnson to Houston after the Super Bowl. Another versatile player, Mukuba can also operate in the box, slot or center field and could quickly slide into CJGJ’s void. – Nate Davis, USA TODAY Sports

  • Round 4, Pick 111: Ty Robinson, DT, Nebraska
  • Round 5, Pick 145 (from Jets)
  • Round 5, Pick 161 (from Houston)
  • Round 5, Pick 165 (from Detroit through Cleveland)
  • Round 5, Pick 168
  • Round 6, Pick 191
  • Round 6, Pick 207 (from Kansas City through Jets)

Eagles 2025 NFL Draft needs

Defensive back

The Eagles parted ways with Slay, James Bradberry and traded away C.J. Gardner-Johnson, paving the way for some young guys to take over. The issue is that there isn’t much depth beyond those guys. For a team that doesn’t have many holes, investing more in the secondary should be a priority.

Offensive line

Every team always needs more offensive line help and the Eagles are no different. Despite having one of the best in the league, they did lose Mekhi Becton. Featuring 34-year-old Lane Johnson at right tackle, it’s time to start preparing his eventual replacement.

Defensive line

The Super Bowl champions saw their defense get raided this offseason, which means it’s time to reload. Sweat has relocated to Arizona and the depth on the edge especially is looking a little thin compared to this time last year.

Eagles 2025 NFL mock draft

Here’s what the Eagles could do come draft night, according to USA TODAY Sports’ Ayrton Ostly:

  • Round 1, Pick 32: OT Josh Simmons, Ohio State
  • The Eagles’ roster is pretty set with few glaring needs entering 2025. That leaves them the room to select Simmons, arguably the best tackle prospect in the class whose 2024 season was cut short by injury. Philadelphia could sit him and develop him into an eventual successor to Lane Johnson at right tackle.
  • Round 2, Pick 64: Edge Josaiah Stewart, Michigan
  • Philadelphia is not shy about investing off the edge. With Josh Sweat out of the building via free agency, the Eagles continue to invest in more succession plans with the small but aggressive, athletic Stewart.
  • Round 3, Pick 96: S Kevin Winston Jr., Penn State
  • Round 4, Pick 134: DT Warren Brinson, Georgia
  • Round 5, Pick 161: IOL Seth McLaughlin, Ohio State
  • Round 5, Pick 164: RB Bhayshul Tuten, Virginia Tech
  • Round 5, Pick 165: WR Isaac TeSlaa, Arkansas
  • Round 5, Pick 168: Edge Kaimon Rucker, North Carolina
