Robert F. Kennedy Jr. enjoys a game of tennis with sporting superstar

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. took time out of his controversial war to ‘Make America Healthy Again’ to enjoy a game of tennis with Novak Djokovic.

Donald Trump‘s Secretary of Health and Human Services posted a picture on court alongside the 24-time Grand Slam champion, who is currently competing in the Miami Open.

‘Novak Djokovic. First in tennis. First in integrity. First in courage. Guess who won this match?’ RFK Jr. posted alongside the picture.

The image quickly flooded social media with former presidential candidate – and keen tennis player – Vivek Ramaswamy among those to reply. ‘Love this,’ he wrote.

Djokovic returns to the court on Sunday, when the No 4 seed takes on Camilo Ugo Carabelli in the round of 32.

Kennedy has previously lauded Djokovic over his stance on the Covid-19 vaccine.

Back in 2022, Djokovic was sensationally deported ahead of the Australia Open because he was not vaccinated against the virus.

Later that year, the former world No 1 withdrew from the US Open in New York due to travel restrictions imposed during the pandemic.

He later claimed: ‘People tried to declare me as an anti-vax. I’m not anti-vax, nor am I pro-vax. I’m pro-freedom to choose.’

That prompted praise from Kennedy, who ran for president before suspending his campaign and backing Trump for a return to office.

‘Djokovic nails it. That’s my position too. Your body, your choice,’ he wrote on social media in December 2023.

The Serbian is well known for taking an alternative approach to medicine and training. He has been known to perform yoga, Tai chi and capoeira, a combination of dancing and fighting.

Djokovic previously revealed he had gone gluten-free in his book ‘Serve to Win, the 14-day gluten-free plan for physical and mental excellence’.

At Wimbledon in 2022, Djokovic was seen inhaling a mystery substance, which he later called a ‘magic potion’, from a water bottle.
