Start your engines, 18 times! “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” is commemorating its tenth season with a record 18 queens competing to join the “Drag Race” Hall of Fame and win a cash prize of $200,000.
Those queens won’t all be competing at once, however. Instead, they will be split up into three groups of six — Team Purple, Team Orange, and Team Pink — for what the show is dubbing the Tournament of All Stars. Each group will compete in their own brackets over three episodes, with the top three queens who’ve received the most points in each group moving on to the semi-finals. The final nine queens will further compete over two more episodes, concluding with a “Lip Sync Smackdown for the Crown.”
While the bulk of the queens competing in Season 10 come from later seasons of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” — including one queen from the just concluded Season 17 — the field of contestants includes alumni from as far back as Seasons 2 and 3.
The first two episodes of the season will premiere on Paramount+ on May 9 at 12am ET, 9pm PT. Here is the full list of contestants, with their biographies from the Paramount+ release.
