SF festival Outside Lands announce return with new lineup

(KRON) – San Francisco festival Outside Lands has released its star-studded lineup for the 17th year. Grammy-Award-winning rappers Tyler the Creator and Doja Cat, as well as Platinum-selling singer Hozier, are set to headline the three-day Golden Gate Park festival. 

Other artists to grace the stage include DJ and producer John Summit, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Vampire Weekend, Gracie Abrams, Doechii, Glass Animals, Jamie xx, and Gesaffelstein, plus Bleachers, Ludacris and Jorja Smith.

Moraga native and singer Still Woozy will also perform. 

Outside Lands claims the experience is “an incomparable festival” that has “unmatched, elevated food, wine, craft beer, cannabis and art experience highlighting the best of the Bay Area.”

Foodies may rejoice at more than the artists. The festival is set to have a Taste of the Bay Area with local restaurants, Wine and Beer Lands and Cocktail Magic, where attendees can experience meticulously mixed cocktails and mocktails in themed bars.

For the lovebirds, festival attendees can host their marriage or recommitment ceremony throughout the weekend in the eucalyptus shade at the heart of McLaren Pass. 

Per the festival’s website, Outside Lands is the largest, independently owned festival in the U.S.

The festival will commence Friday, Aug. 8 through Sunday, Aug. 10 at Golden Gate Park.

Festival tickets will be available to the general public at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 26 on Outside Lands’ website.
