Severe weather risk area
Severe storms and flash flooding are possible late Monday afternoon and evening across parts of Arkansas.

The highest severe weather threat will be with storms that move out of Oklahoma late this afternoon.
Areas north and west of Little Rock have the best chance to see severe weather.
Scattered supercells are possible over western Arkansas late this afternoon and evening. A threat for tornadoes (some significant) will exist with any supercells this evening.
The peak of this threat should be 4 PM to midnight, but storms will continue into Tuesday morning. The severe threat really drops after midnight .Storms may not move through Little Rock until very late tonight (after midnight).
Flash flooding is possible over parts of west central to north central Arkansas.
The evening round is the main round of storms. The chances for rain Tuesday has dropped to <<>20%.
