LUBBOCK, Texas — The nation’s top high school basketball recruit, Monterey High School Senior Aaliyah Chavez, announced she has decided to go to Oklahoma.

Dozens of the top basketball schools including Texas Tech, Texas, UCLA, LSU, South Carolina and Oklahoma have been pushing to recruit Chavez.
