“American Idol” continued its 23rd season May 11, narrowing its field of hopefuls to the top five contestants during the show’s annual Disney Night.
The May 11 episode featured the top seven performers singing hits from the Disney and Pixar archives under the mentorship of Broadway star Lin-Manuel Miranda. The fan-favorite theme night ended with the elimination of two contestants.
